Bringing the outside into a garden Marquee

Transforming a completely empty marquee is a real favourite of ours at Driftwood Flowers. The difference is so dramatic; it is a joy to see the finished product.

This was the brief from Eleanor and Pete for their garden wedding in May 2018. Eleanor wanted a WOW / impact when her guests walked in from the church ceremony.

Driftwood Flowers worked in partnership with Lewis Marquees of Emsworth to put together a combination of designs using seasonal flowers in whites and blush pink – Peonies, Roses, Sweet peas and lots of foliage.

Thank you for your suggestions in the early planning, for your expertise in creating just what Eleanor had dreamed of and for all your patience as things changed and minor panics set in! Providing the bridesmaids’ hair flowers at the very last minute was so very kind of you.

There is no doubt that Eleanor and Pete’s dreams of a marquee filled with greenery and flowers was the real wow factor of the reception and thanks to you, so many of our guests were simply taken aback at the beauty of it all.

Thank you so much for the amazing floral creations for our wedding. The marquee looked absolutely amazing and all our guests commented on how amazing it was. The bouquets, posies and buttonholes were beautiful too. I loved my bouquet especially.
